Integrated equipment monitoring box measuring acceleration, temperature and pressure with battery or 220 V AC power, CAT1 direct-to-cloud connectivity, and on-device fault prediction algorithms.
The Equipment Cloud Box integrates acceleration, temperature and pressure acquisition and can be powered by battery or 220 V AC. Built-in diagnostic algorithms support early fault prediction and warning for industrial equipment in sectors such as petrochemical, power and steel. It features a cloud monitoring system based on CAT1 communication, enabling direct cloud connectivity wherever 4G coverage is available.
For many industrial plants, the gap between "we know equipment fails" and "we know which equipment is about to fail" is the difference between planned maintenance and costly unplanned downtime. The Equipment Cloud Box closes this gap with an integrated multi-parameter sensing terminal that acquires acceleration, temperature and pressure from critical rotating and pressure-bearing equipment. Its built-in diagnostic algorithms convert these raw signals into early fault predictions and warnings, giving maintenance teams advance notice of developing problems.
Designed for sectors with demanding operating environments — petrochemical, power generation and steel among them — the device offers flexible powering: battery operation for hard-to-wire locations or standard 220 V AC where mains power is available. Data is delivered to the cloud through a CAT1 communication module, which rides on existing 4G coverage, so the box can be deployed essentially anywhere a cellular signal exists.
The direct-to-cloud mode is a deliberate simplification: there is no separate gateway to configure, power or maintain. Each box connects straight to the cloud platform, reducing deployment complexity and lowering the total cost of ownership for distributed monitoring programs. For plants rolling out condition monitoring across hundreds of assets, this combination of integrated sensing, on-device diagnostics and direct cloud connectivity keeps both installation effort and ongoing maintenance manageable.
